I just read the Issue about open source publishing.

I might have a jaded view, but I would have hoped for some more instructional Step by Step HowTo, rather than throwing some words about features around. The article about writing Newsletters with OOo was over the heads of 90-% of OOo users I know.

But hey, I’m doing technical support for OpenOffice.org on a daily basis. so I might be biased.
